Backroad Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services including (but not limited to) reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable tracking, payroll support, job costing, reporting, and advisory services.

Service details, pricing, and package levels are described on our website and may be updated as needed.

2. Client Responsibilities

To provide accurate and timely bookkeeping services, clients agree to:

Provide complete and accurate financial data

Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

Maintain access to required software (such as QuickBooks Online)

Follow agreed-upon deadlines for document submission

We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by missing, late, or incorrect information.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed monthly according to the selected service package.

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Late or missed payments may result in paused or discontinued services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel services at any time with written notice.

Refunds are not provided for services already completed or for the current billing cycle.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

We work hard to provide accurate bookkeeping based on the data provided to us.

However:

We do not provide CPA services or tax filing

We do not guarantee outcomes based on incomplete or inaccurate data

We are not responsible for penalties or fees resulting from missing or incorrect information provided by the client

6. Confidentiality

All financial and personal information shared with Backroad Bookkeeping is kept confidential.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to provide services (such as software integrations) or as required by law.

7. Data and Technology

We rely on secure, cloud-based bookkeeping and workflow tools.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including branding, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Backroad Bookkeeping.

Clients may not copy, reuse, or distribute content without written permission.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services for any client if necessary, such as for nonpayment or misuse of services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota.
